At HarperCollins Publishers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your books.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all previous shipping labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
